Dinner at the Richardson-Bagley's

Meet Chef Richardson...

Tonight, Chef Richardson is serving an appetizer of stuffed potatoes and Mediterranean soup.  Say it with me, "YUUUM".  Chef Richardson works alone, don't go near him or his kitchen when he is "in the zone" (his cooking zone, that is).  I was able to venture close enough to capture him in action.

Ty and I were invited to the Richardson-Bagley home for dinner.  We were invited back in March of 2011 when Spencer called me to "book" a night with us while we'd be in Utah.  August 18th it was!  This is becoming a tradition when we visit Utah for the summer.  We feel so spoiled in their home!  We get to sit back and visit while Chef Richardson slaves away in the kitchen.  We laughed and giggled while the Chef chopped, sliced and baked.

Our visit was much too short; we didn't even get to play any games (which is heartbreaking to me and Spencer, but not so much for Shane and Tyler)!

We are lucky because we get these two all to ourselves this March when they come for a visit!  
It will be Chef Pearson's turn (and Chef Pearson = Tyler) to ooo and ahh our dear friends.  Plus, we'll have plenty of time to bust out Settler's of Catan, and Road to Zarahemla!
